Having a natural affinity to making; I love the way materials can be manipulated to invent, visualize ideas and express my thoughts and feelings. There is a simple delight and satisfaction, in saying, “I made that”.

I graduated from Brighton University with a BA (Hons) degree in Wood, Metal, Ceramics and Plastics. My own creative practice now predominantly involves ceramics, glass, wood and drawing.

I continue to exhibit my own work through exhibitions and gallery spaces in and around Bedfordshire.

As a qualified teacher I have been able to pass on my knowledge, skills and passion for art and design, working with a wide variety of abilities from learning disabilities to, higher education and young children. I have delivered this through specialist workshops, teaching in schools, colleges and arts organisations.
